Grill Master, Roti About Rōti: Rōti (row- tee) is feeding a healthier world with bold, craveable flavor through its fast casual Eastern Mediterranean inspired menu; featuring unique spices once found on history’s great spice trade routes. The brand, founded in 2006, features a broad menu of whole, healthy ingredients that are centered around fresh house-made meats, rice, crisp vegetables, and a variety of flavor-forward sauces and dressings. Guests customize their meals in the style of bowls, salads, or pitas. Job Summary: As a Grill Master at Roti Mediterranean Grill, you'll play a key role in delivering delicious, high-quality meals to our guests with energy and pride. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces the heat of the grill, and brings a positive attitude to every shift. Requirements
- Previous grill or cooking experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with high heat and pressure.
- Physically able to stand, walk, bend, and reach overhead throughout a shift (up to 35 hours/week).
- Must be able to squat, lift, and push up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in varying kitchen temperatures, from hot to cold.
- Strong hospitality and communication skills to create a welcoming guest experience.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic that align with Roti’s values and culture.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and grill high-quality, flavorful food with care and precision.
- Thrive under heat and pressure—own the grill with confidence and efficiency.
- Follow all recipes, food safety, sanitation, and allergen protocols to maintain top-quality standards.
- Keep the hot food station stocked, clean, and visually appealing.
- Work collaboratively with the team—because we’re Stronger Together.
- Provide an incredible experience for digital and catering guests by knowing and loving our food.
- Handle guest concerns with positivity and respect—treat every guest how you'd want to be treated.
- Maintain a clean and safe restaurant in line with company, health, and safety regulations.
- Ensure restaurant equipment is properly maintained and safely operated.
- Complete any additional tasks as assigned.
