About The Position

We are seeking a Grill/Front-of-House Prep Cook to help create exceptional dining experiences through fresh ingredients, scratch-made cooking, and genuine hospitality. In this role, you'll prepare made-to-order breakfast and lunch items, support retail dining operations, and help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for every guest. Requirements

• High school diploma/GED
• Previous food service, restaurant, hospitality, or culinary experience preferred.
• Knowledge of grill cooking, food preparation techniques, and commercial kitchen operations.
• Strong commitment to food quality, food safety, and guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
• Ability to follow recipes, production schedules, and written instructions.
• Passion for fresh ingredients, scratch-made food, and exceptional hospitality.
• Comfortable operating kitchen equipment and working across multiple service stations.
• Current, valid ServSafe® certification or State Food Handler card, or ability to obtain as required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook made-to-order menu items using standardized recipes and quality standards.
• Support breakfast and lunch service across grill, deli, and other front-of-house food stations.
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency while delivering exceptional guest service.
• Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Stock, rotate, and replenish ingredients and supplies throughout service.
• Follow opening, closing, cleaning, and food preparation procedures to maintain operational readiness.
• Maintain clean, organized, and guest-ready dining and service areas.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive and efficient dining experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
