The Grill Cook position is responsible for ensuring quality and timely preparation of grilled and fried menu items based on our Cafe standards. This role involves planning orders so that items served together are finished at the same time, responsible for station setup, and performing food preparation tasks such as making sandwiches, soups, salads, and desserts. The Grill Cook will also restock kitchen supplies, rotate food, stamp the time and date on food in coolers, clean food preparation equipment, work areas, counters, and tables, and perform general cleaning activities in the kitchen, all while working in accordance with food safety and safety guidelines. The schedule falls between the operating hours of 7:00 am-3:00 pm Monday-Friday, with no evening or weekend hours.
