Requirements

Responsibilities

• Prepare and grill menu items following recipes
• Ensure food safety and quality standards are met
• Follow knife safety and kitchen equipment protocols
• Set up and break down prep stations and grills
• Maintain cleanliness throughout your shift
• Collaborate with the front-of-house team to keep things running smoothly
• Stay updated on our seasonal menu
• Complete daily cleaning tasks
• Communicate professionally with coworkers and customers
• Adhere to our uniform guidelines
• Assist with other duties as assigned by the manager
