Set along the park with a welcoming patio for alfresco dining, Pinyon invites guests to linger over a cocktail or a lively spritz while enjoying house-made pita, crudos, pasta, seasonal salads, and an ever-changing array of spreads and dips alongside dishes cooked over open flame—celebrating flavors from Barcelona to Malta while uniting the best global ingredients and time-honored techniques to bring a fresh, sophisticated dining experience to the community. We are seeking an experienced and skilled Cook with a strong background in Mediterranean cuisine and live fire charcoal grill cooking. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with a Josper live fire charcoal oven or similar solid fuel equipment, and a deep respect for fire-driven cooking techniques. You’ll be part of a fast-paced, collaborative culinary team focused on excellence in execution and presentation.
