About The Position

Creative Dining Services is looking for a part-time Grill Cook at MRI Software in Solon, OH. The Grill Cook is responsible for ensuring that high-quality, properly seasoned, nutritious food is being provided throughout the operation.

Requirements

• Part-time availability
• Ability to ensure high-quality, properly seasoned, nutritious food is provided
• Ability to prepare food items according to established recipes and menus
• Ability to store food items according to established standards of practice
• Ability to hold prepared food items at appropriate temperatures
• Ability to maintain production records
• Ability to put away/pull stock as needed

Responsibilities

• Time food production such that all food is ready at the time of service
• Prepare food items according to established recipes and menus in a manner in which preserves food freshness, quality and appeal
• Store food items according to established standards of practice; utilize proper labeling and dating
• Hold prepared food items at appropriate temperatures (below 40° if cold, above 135° if hot)
• Maintain production records (food usage, overages, shortages, customer counts, etc.)
• Putting away/Pulling stock as needed
