About The Position

Join our team at Hamilton College! We are currently hiring a PM Grill Cook to help deliver great food and service to our campus community. This position offers a schedule of 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM, with one weekend day required, and a pay range of $18-$19 per hour. We also have another Grill Cook role that is 8PM-4AM Thursday, Friday and Saturday. The pay range for this is $18-$20. Requirements

• Standing and/or walking - 100% of time.
• Occasionally lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Frequently lifting up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all grill items to order according to the daily menu.
• Set up, break down and clean the grill station.
• Prepare service line for operation as instructed by Executive Chef and/or Management.
• The line is to be garnished properly at all times.
• Check quality of food items, making sure they meet standards of taste, appearance and correct temperature.
• Report any substandard quality to the Executive Chef and/or Management.
• Interact with our guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Use Smile Plus Hospitality Imperatives.
