The PT Grill Cook I reports to the Site Leader and is responsible for accurately processing food item transactions, maintaining the balance of the cash drawer, and providing customer service to guests. Responsibilities may vary by location based on client requirements and business needs. The role involves operating a register, handling cash and credit card transactions, greeting and assisting customers, counting and balancing the cash drawer, filling out cashier slips, making deposits, adhering to cash handling policies, ensuring security of company assets, and maintaining excellent customer service with a positive attitude. Other duties may be assigned by the manager.
