Provides support for children and adults affected by trauma and loss, and peripheral trainings for the organization and community partners specific to loss, coping, grief, critical stress management and resiliency. Assists with other work with the agency as requested. The Program Facilitator is responsible for working with the team to plan and operate our unique, diverse and community-based grief support program. Responsibilities include being current on different therapeutic techniques for our grieving population, developing new therapeutic opportunities, evaluating the therapeutic programming, and maintaining best practices.
