About The Position

We’re looking for a Commercial Landscape Estimator who brings a strong foundation in estimating along with exposure to project coordination or management. This role is ideal for someone early to mid-career who wants to grow into a more senior estimator. You’ll play a key role in building accurate bids while partnering closely with sales and operations to ensure projects are set up for success from day one.

Requirements

  • 1–4+ years of experience in landscape estimating, construction estimating, or project coordination
  • Ability to read and interpret plans, blueprints, and bid documents
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple bids at once
  • Comfortable working in estimating tools
  • Strong communication skills—you can work across teams and ask the right questions

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience in landscaping, construction, or site development

Responsibilities

  • Prepare cost estimates for commercial landscape projects including, irrigation, and landscape
  • Support the full bid process—from initial review through submission
  • Partner with sales team to align estimates
  • Communicate with vendors and suppliers to gather pricing and availability
  • Assist with project handoffs to sales team, ensuring clear scope and expectation
  • Help track job performance vs. estimate to improve future accuracy
