About The Position

You are the first impression of an extraordinary dining experience. As a Greeter at Bourbon Steak, you set the tone for every guest’s visit, creating a warm, welcoming, and memorable arrival from the moment they walk through our doors. With genuine hospitality and attention to detail, you will help deliver the elevated service and exceptional experience that defines the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess.

Requirements

• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer a professional and friendly greeting, and provide engaging service
• Assist guests regarding food and beverage menu items in an informative and helpful way
• Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
