About The Position

Responsible for greeting and seating restaurant guests.

Requirements

• Must have excellent communication skills, be polite, and present a neat appearance at all times.
• The ability to work with others as a team in an efficient manner.
• You will need the ability to read, write and understand simple instruction.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• You will need to be available to work all shifts.
• The ability to work in a fast –paced environment.
• Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressure in an interruptive environment.
• You must be at least 21 years old.
• You also must be able to pass a background investigation and obtain and maintain a WV Racing License.

Nice To Haves

• Helpful to be TIPS and Food Handlers certified, if not training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Seat guests as they approach the entrance in the proper sections as the floor plan dictates.
• Full understanding of the menu and ability to ring in food orders when necessary.
• Replenish supplies for carry out orders.
• Responsible for keeping work area clean and presentable.
• Other duties as assigned.
