About The Position
We’re looking for a friendly, dependable Greeter / Service Valet to welcome customers, maintain a clean and stocked lobby, and assist with valet services. This hands-on role works both inside the dealership and outside on the service drive to support a smooth customer experience.
Requirements
- A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced dealership environment.
- Excellent organizational and follow up skills
Nice To Haves
- Previous dealership, valet, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet customers as they enter the dealership.
- Provide a friendly and professional first point of contact for guests.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby and customer areas.
- Monitor and restock coffee, water, snacks, supplies, and other customer amenities as needed.
- Assist customers with general questions and direct them to the appropriate department or team member.
- Greet customers arriving for Service and assist with vehicle drop-off and pick-up.
- Park and retrieve customer vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Move vehicles throughout the dealership and service areas as needed.
- Assist Service Advisors and the Service Department with customer flow.
