We’re looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Service Greeter to be the first point of contact for our valued service customers. As a Service Greeter, you’ll set the tone for our service experience by welcoming customers, assisting with their arrival, and ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process. This is a customer-facing role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping others.
Requirements
- Communication skills – communicate effectively with others
- Time Management – ability to manage one’s own time
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
Responsibilities
- Schedule appointments & welcome the client when they arrive
- Determine the nature of the client’s visit & escort the client to the appropriate department/area
- Provide information to personnel regarding client needs and expectations ensuring the team is prepared to provide the highest level of service
- Provide administrative support to the staff when necessary
- Maintain and stock client refreshments and waiting areas
