About The Position
Atkins Kroll is looking for a friendly and customer-focused Greeter to join our Service team in Guam. As the first point of contact for customers visiting our service department, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and positive experience while supporting daily service operations. If you enjoy helping people, providing excellent customer service, and working in a fast-paced environment—we’d love to hear from you.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred
- Valid Guam Driver’s License required
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and office equipment knowledge
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers professionally and assist with the vehicle service check-in process
- Direct customers to the appropriate Service Advisor or department based on their needs
- Provide information on service processes, estimated wait times, promotions, and amenities
- Maintain customer waiting and refreshment areas to ensure a clean and comfortable environment
- Assist with vehicle tagging, service write-ups, and retrieval of completed vehicles
- Support clerical and administrative tasks including answering phones, filing, and preparing paperwork
- Assist the service team with daily operational support and customer communication
