Greeter/Porter/Driver
About The Position
This role involves picking up and re-delivering vehicles to guests' homes or workplaces, ensuring timely service by communicating with guests and Service Advisors. The position requires the use of a smartphone-based tracking app, driving vehicles to and from various locations including service lanes, stalls, parking lots, and customer residences. Responsibilities also include documenting parking locations for inventory, retrieving vehicles from different areas, and occasionally driving a shuttle van. Additionally, the role may involve performing quick tests on batteries and wheel alignments using provided equipment and undertaking other assigned duties.

Responsibilities
- Pickup & Re-Delivery of vehicles to guest's home or work.
- Communicate with guests & Service Advisors to keep Pickup & Re-Delivery of vehicles on schedule
- Utilization of smart phone based tracking app
- Drive vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot, customer home or work as needed
- Document parking location on key tags for inventory of service vehicles
- Retrieve and deliver vehicles from various area locations.
- May drive shuttle van at times to shuttle customers to and from home or work
- Perform quick test of batteries and wheel alignments using quick check equipment in service lane
- Perform other duties as assigned
