About The Position

BrickTop's is looking for professional individuals to help manage our front door. We are looking for people with hospitality experience and a sincere desire to make our guest's experience the best it can be! The perfect candidate is someone who is comfortable multi-tasking and staying busy while maintaining a positive, helpful, and cheerful demeanor under pressure. We want our guests to be recognized and catered to by our host staff, guest relations are the most important part of this position!

Requirements

• Hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Managing advance reservations.
• Bussing and resetting tables.
• Managing server rotation for fair and consistent seating.
• Managing phone calls, wait times, walk-in parties, and reservations on a shift-by-shift basis.
