Following our customer experience defined process, the position requires a responsibility to always exude hospitality and kindness towards our guests.
Requirements
- Work as team player, committed to an outstanding guest experience every time
- Ability to do basic math while handling and counting cash
- Ability to work morning, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Dependable, punctual, strong work ethic with customer centric focus
- Ability to speak and read basic English and perform physical demands of the position
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers creating a positive first & last impression
- Let management know with urgency of any guest issue, food/product issue, or facility issue.
- Take guest's order, handling cash and credit card transactions
- Know our menu completely and accurately to answer guest's questions
- Serve guests and accommodate any requests
- Prepare front of the house food and beverage items quickly and accurately
- Keep front of the house clean and well stocked
- May include expediting food orders and light dishwashing
