About The Position

Beechmont Country Club is seeking a motivated individual for a part-time Greenskeeper position. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a positive member and guest experience while gaining knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you will be part of a global leader in golf and community management. This is a seasonal role, expected to last 6 months or less, with hours varying based on course needs and weather, typically from August through October 2026. End dates may vary based on return to school schedules and weather conditions.

Nice To Haves

• Previous golf course, landscaping, or grounds maintenance experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assists with daily golf course maintenance and setup.
• Mows and maintains turfgrass and landscaped areas.
• Rakes and maintains bunkers.
• Trims, edges, and performs general grounds maintenance.
• Assists with course projects and improvements.
• Operates basic grounds maintenance equipment safely.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Golf Course Superintendent or management team.
