About The Position

Cove Creek Club is seeking a reliable and hardworking Greenskeeper to join their grounds team. This seasonal position involves the daily upkeep and overall presentation of the golf course, requiring physical work outdoors. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys maintaining exceptional playing conditions and takes pride in their work.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Availability for weekends and holidays as needed
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with equipment
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Dependable & Punctual – You show up ready to work and take ownership of your responsibilities
• Team-Oriented – You work well with others and contribute to a positive team environment
• Safety-Focused – You follow procedures and look out for yourself and your team
• Strong Communicator – You listen, ask questions, and share information clearly

• Previous golf course or landscaping experience

Responsibilities

• Operate mowers, tractors, and light equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform daily equipment checks, including fluid levels and condition
• Report equipment issues or abnormalities to supervisors
• Clean and store equipment properly at the end of each shift
• Maintain greens using walking mowers
• Assist with bunker maintenance, weed eating, and backpack blowing
• Plant and maintain annuals, shrubs, and native landscaping
• Support general golf course and property maintenance projects
• Drive turf vehicles and assist with grounds construction tasks
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
