About The Position

Woodland Golf Course, located in Cincinnati, OH, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Greenskeeper! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. This is a seasonal position that will last 6 months or less.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to read and speak English may be required in order to perform the duties of the job (e.g., associates may be required to communicate with English-speaking customers or co-workers; manuals for equipment may be in English).

Nice To Haves

• Less than a high school education; or up to one month of related experience or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform general landscape maintenance using hand-held equipment
• Rake and maintain sand bunkers
• Operate small machinery to assist with edging, trimming, and mowing
• Prepare soil beds for sod, seed, and vegetative material
• Perform tasks related to course detailing including weed and debris cleanup
• Assist with golf course setup procedures
• Operate utility vehicles for hauling materials and removing debris
• Perform skilled duties related to experience (pruning, plugging, etc.)
• Operate equipment safely and remain aware of associates and their respective work areas
• Incorporate safe work practices into job performance
• Regular and reliable attendance
• Perform other duties as required
