The Greenskeeper II / Operator provides skilled operational support to daily golf course maintenance activities, bringing experience, efficiency, and attention to detail to the care and presentation of the golf course. As part of the Agronomy team, your essential functions and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Provide labor and operational support for daily golf course maintenance activities. Perform routine and advanced maintenance tasks such as raking bunkers, shoveling, trimming, operating backpack mowers, and walk or push mowing greens. Operate golf course maintenance equipment efficiently and safely in accordance with established standards. Support a wide range of golf course maintenance activities with minimal supervision. Perform all assigned tasks to established standards with a high level of care and consistency. Follow golf course etiquette standards while working on the course. Support upkeep of equipment through proper use and basic maintenance to maximize equipment life and minimize downtime. Identify and report damage, safety concerns, or operational issues to supervisors promptly. Inform supervisors of any incidents that occur during work activities. Adhere to Dormie Network policies, procedures, and safety programs at all times. Maintain professional appearance standards and wear assigned uniforms. Work collaboratively with fellow employees to support an efficient and positive team environment. Take direction from agronomy leadership and complete assigned tasks with limited supervision. Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by agronomy leadership.
