Requirements
- 1–2 years of golf course maintenance experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to operate common turf equipment
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to obtain a pesticide applicator license
- Reliable
- Eager to learn
- Committed to maintaining high-quality course conditions
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of irrigation systems, fertilizers, and pesticides
- Turf-related degree
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain the irrigation system
- Support fertilizer and pesticide applications
- Relay important information between team members
- Participate in morning assignments
- Assist in training seasonal staff
- Operate industry equipment
- Work closely with leadership to maintain greens, tees, fairways, and other key playing areas
- Calibrate a sprayer
- Help execute the day's maintenance plan
