About The Position

Nordic Investin is recruiting a GreenOps Cloud Efficiency Engineer on behalf of one of our partner companies. You want architecture, delivery and production behaviour to agree, and you turn difficult constraints into systems that teams can operate and improve. The partner is strengthening its capability in cloud efficiency that balances cost, performance and carbon impact. You will take responsibility for work that connects FinOps, workload profiling and rightsizing, while ensuring that carbon metrics and automation receive appropriate discipline. The objective is progress that colleagues can use and leaders can evaluate. The environment suits someone who tests assumptions early, documents trade-offs and treats operability as part of the design. The work combines planned platform development with investigation of real production behaviour. You will collaborate with application teams, security and operations, using their feedback to decide what should become a shared service, an automated control or clear documentation. Ownership continues after the first release. This role calls for solid delivery experience and the appetite to take broader ownership. You will be expected to recognise when a decision needs wider expertise, make trade-offs visible and move work forward without creating unnecessary process. Requirements

• Relevant experience delivering cloud efficiency that balances cost, performance and carbon impact in a demanding environment.
• Strong working knowledge of FinOps and workload profiling.
• Practical experience applying rightsizing and carbon metrics.
• Ability to assess risk, priorities and trade-offs involving automation.
• Evidence of clear stakeholder communication and dependable end-to-end ownership.
• Professional English and the judgement to work with sensitive or business-critical information.
• Your background may be product engineering, platform work, enterprise technology or consulting. What matters is technical depth connected to user and business consequences. Direct experience of cloud efficiency that balances cost, performance and carbon impact is valuable, while adjacent experience counts when it shows transferable judgement.

Nice To Haves

• Experience from large cloud estates or sustainability-led businesses.
• Exposure to executive reporting in a cross-functional environment.
• Swedish language skills or experience working across Nordic organisations.
