About The Position

The Greenhouse School of Ministry (GSM) Director leads, builds, and oversees Greenhouse Church’s discipleship-to-sending pipeline, forming disciples and developing leaders who are equipped to live on mission and be sent to plant churches, serve cross-culturally, and advance the Kingdom in every sphere of society. This role exists to ensure that every disciple at Greenhouse has a clear, accessible pathway from spiritual formation to leadership development to being sent on mission. The GSM Director accomplishes this by building and leading two integrated environments: A School of Discipleship/Internship that forms disciples through both accessible weekly rhythms and high-commitment immersive experiences. A School of Ministry (GSM) that identifies, develops, and sends leaders, with a primary focus on church planters and planting teams. This role requires a leader who excels in vision casting, relational recruiting, systems building, and developmental coaching, and who carries a deep burden to see disciples made, leaders raised, and churches planted. The GSM Director partners closely with microchurch leaders, pastors, and sending structures to ensure this is not simply a set of programs, but a movement pipeline that consistently produces mature disciples, multiplying leaders, and sent people.
