About The Position

TerrAscend is hiring a Greenhouse Cultivation Technician to support daily plant maintenance and cultivation activities. The role involves transplanting, watering, and pruning plants, ensuring labels are correctly matched to plants, and communicating effectively with team members. The technician must work all shifts as needed and perform other duties as required. This position requires working in hot or humid conditions and being able to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.

Requirements

• Ability to push, pull, or lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, squat, and/or walk for extended periods.
• Ability to work in hot or humid conditions and extreme temperatures.
• Self-motivated to learn and improve.
• Ability to work effectively and maintain a positive attitude.
• Ability to execute techniques accurately and consistently.
• Good documentation, inventory, and organizational skills.
• Ability to keep to a tight schedule.
• Excellent punctuality and attendance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must meet all state requirements.

Nice To Haves

• Horticulture experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance of all plants.
