About The Position

A successful employee in this position is responsible for performing and completing a variety of tasks in the Production department. They will work on the production line under the direct supervision of their manager and/or Crew Leader.

Requirements

• Ability to follow instructions and perform task to company standards
• Good communicator and works well across multiple departments
• Ability to understand the production information and data
• Fluency to read, write, and understand the English language is required.
• Must be able to work in all outdoor elements, including dust and allergens.
• There are occasional needs to work on scaffolding.
• Position requires long-term ability for standing, sitting, squatting, bending, reaching, and twisting on a regular basis to fulfill essential duties.
• Candidate must have the ability to operate all machinery necessary within the department and across the facility, including but not limited to driving the scooter.
• Must have the ability to consistently lift up to 30 pounds unassisted.
