The Green Space Program is Metro Housing’s financial literacy and coaching program for low- and moderate-income families and individuals in Greater Boston. The Green Space Program provides workshops and one-on-one financial coaching with no time limits, focusing on each participant’s financial priorities. The Financial Coaching Coordinator is responsible for providing programmatic support to Participants and other Metro staff cross-trained in light touch financial coaching and for Green Space program referrals for longer term participant coaching support. They will also lead small scale trainings and/or workshops. This is a hybrid position where you will work a minimum of two (2) days per week in the office at 1411 Tremont Street Boston, MA. Hybrid work schedule may change and you will be notified by your supervisor.
