About The Position

This role involves sustaining a safe and healthy work environment, collaborating with construction teams for timely project completion, and ensuring facilities and critical structures are operational. The position requires performing routine and preventative maintenance, assisting with jobsite setup and cleanup, and learning/following organizational standards and regulations. Additional duties include performing other related tasks and adhering to company handbooks.

Requirements

Basic hand tool and power tool experience.
Some construction experience required.
Valid driver’s license.
Safety training related to construction trades.
Must be able to work from elevated platforms, ladders, or structures.
Good time management skills.
Must demonstrate good communications and interaction skills.
Must be accurate, detailed, reliable and able to follow orders on projects and tasks with minimal supervision.
Must have ability to be proactive and trouble shoot.
Frequently lift up to 50 pounds and adjust body position to bend, stoop, stand, walk, turn, pivot, and stand for long periods of time.

Construction Experience preferred but not required.
