About The Position

This role focuses on coordinating Lean Six Sigma continuous improvement projects within the Plant. The Green Belt will work with Plant leadership to select and execute projects to achieve effective outcomes, utilizing standardized Lean Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate waste and reduce process variation. The position involves fostering collaboration and working effectively with cross-functional teams to advance continuous improvement initiatives throughout the plant. A strong understanding of statistical analysis tools, project management, Lean Six Sigma, Quality, and basic financial principles is required for analyzing planned activities.

Requirements

High School Degree or Equivalent Training
Minimum of two years experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or distribution preferred
Ability to successfully complete Green Belt certification process.
Proven organization skills, including time and project management capability.
Must be able to influence, negotiate, and resolve conflicts to reach consensus around common goals.
Proficient computer skills, including MS Office applications.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a supervisory role is a plus, but not required.
