About The Position

The GRC Cybersecurity professional will work with information security and related technology in a governance, risk, and compliance context. The role involves bringing together automated and self-identified risk findings and supporting continuous cyber hygiene, control completeness, and control effectiveness. The position requires experience with business intelligence data analysis and reporting platforms, database design, and an understanding of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Experience in GRC with information security or related technology experience.
• Strong experience with business intelligence data analysis and reporting platforms such as SQL, DB2, Power BI, Business Objects, Qlik, Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Logical and physical database design skills.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work as part of a team.
• Knowledge and conceptual understanding of a System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Clear, concise, and effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Good time management, independent thinking, and decision-making capabilities.

Nice To Haves
