About The Position

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our Franchisees while also assisting with new store launches. As a growing brand with many locations in their early stages of operation, this position requires someone who can help Franchisees establish strong operational fundamentals and ensure successful store performance.

Requirements

  • Associate degree (A.A.) from a college or technical school, or equivalent education; or 3–5 years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Sales and business operations experience, including the ability to read and interpret profit and loss statements.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and accounting software is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance required.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Restaurant or hospitality industry experience required.
  • Ability to travel regularly and maintain a credit card with sufficient available credit to cover travel-related expenses.
  • Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

  • Implements the franchisee store startup program, including one week of pre-setup, one week of technical setup, and operational assessments.
  • Performs pre-setup activities, including unloading and organizing fixtures, assembling equipment and furniture, and assisting with store setup.
  • Conducts technical setup, including configuring computers and installing required software.
  • Visits assigned locations on an as-needed basis, conducts store evaluations, and submits all required documentation in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Trains and reinforces franchisees and store employees to ensure compliance with the franchise model and operating system.
  • Instructs franchisees and store employees on software systems and the safe operation of production equipment.
  • Consults with franchisees to identify operational needs or problem areas and determines appropriate solutions.
  • Participates in Regional Meetings and supports franchisee engagement initiatives.
  • Advises the Support and Launch Department on operational issues identified through regular communication with franchisees.
  • Follows up with franchisees on behalf of the Support Department to ensure proper resolution of issues and continued operational improvement.
  • Compiles brand compliance data and works with franchisees to maintain and enhance brand standards and image.
  • Completes, maintains, and processes required paperwork, records, and daily reports.
  • Maintains a daily and weekly schedule in Microsoft Outlook, with a minimum of two weeks planned in advance.
  • Travel required: approximately 60% within the United States.
