About The Position

We are hiring a Grapple Operator to run grapple trucks and heavy equipment for loading brush, logs, and debris. This role is crucial for keeping crews moving in high-production Right-of-Way (ROW) environments and supports utility line clearing and vegetation management. You will work closely with foremen and ground crews, and be responsible for daily equipment checks and safe operation.

Requirements

• Experience with grapple, loader, or heavy equipment preferred
• Strong work ethic and attendance
• Shows up ready, works hard, and gets the job done right
• Can handle outdoor work in all conditions

Nice To Haves

• Tree service, logging, land clearing, or utility ROW experience
• CDL is a plus (not required)

Responsibilities

• Run grapple trucks & heavy equipment loading brush, logs, and debris
