Requirements

• Experience in graphic design or a related field strongly preferred
• Design software experience
• Customer service experience
• Project management experience
• Microsoft Office experience (Access, Excel, and Microsoft Word)

Nice To Haves

• Adobe CC, Photoshop, Art Pro, among others
• Separation software experience (Esko, Art Pro, Art Pro Plus, Pilot, among others)

Responsibilities

• Perform daily review of accounts and allocate tasks within the team.
• Lead and act as a quality controller within the team to ensure consistency in policy application and customer service provided.
• Communicate clearly and concisely with customers, sales, color Separators, and designers
• Update specifications for orders used for internal and external customers.
• Separate art provided by customers and submit proof and PDF to customers for approval.
• Perform incoming graphic file inspections.
• Read and understand production order material and finished product requirements
• Complete all other tasks and projects as required.
