About The Position

The specialist will use print management software to estimate, schedule, invoice, and track work while coordinating with Document Services, internal customers, Graphic Designers, and Printing Specialists. Requirements

Perform work independently with general supervision.
Advanced knowledge of graphic design software.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and interruptions.
Above average oral, written, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
Excellent attention to detail when managing multiple print product versions.
Ability to perform essential functions of the job, with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Nice To Haves

Experience in customer service, sales, graphics, or printing is preferred, particularly in general printing and/or graphic design.
Working knowledge of printing processes, inks, paper types, finishing techniques, and prepress workflow is preferred.
Working knowledge of Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, for reviewing or lightly editing artwork is preferred.
