About The Position

The specialist will use print management software to estimate, schedule, invoice, and track work while coordinating with Document Services, internal customers, Graphic Designers, and Printing Specialists. Requirements

  • Perform work independently with general supervision.
  • Advanced knowledge of graphic design software.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and interruptions.
  • Above average oral, written, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail when managing multiple print product versions.
  • Ability to perform essential functions of the job, with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in customer service, sales, graphics, or printing is preferred, particularly in general printing and/or graphic design.
  • Working knowledge of printing processes, inks, paper types, finishing techniques, and prepress workflow is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, for reviewing or lightly editing artwork is preferred.
