About The Position

Pacific Truck Colors is looking for a Graphics Manager to lead our fleet branding division. This is a "player-coach" role where you will own the entire process—from the moment a customer requests a quote to the final inspection of a wrapped vehicle. You’ll be responsible for keeping the shop profitable, the team on schedule, and the quality of our vehicle wraps at the highest industry standard.

Requirements

3+ years in large-format printing or the vehicle wrap industry, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator/Photoshop) and RIP software.
Deep understanding of vinyl types, laminates, and installation techniques for different vehicle surfaces.
High precision in measuring and color matching to ensure flawless vehicle finishes.

Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end workflow: intake, design, production, installation, and final billing.
Oversee the printing and cutting of computer-generated full-color graphics and vinyl for commercial fleets.
Supervise and train graphics installers and designers; troubleshoot technical issues during the installation phase.
Perform final inspections on all projects to ensure color accuracy and flawless application.
Meet with clients to define project scopes, provide estimates, and manage expectations on timelines.
