About The Position

Reqrouteinc, a specialist in social media recruiting, is seeking a creative and talented Graphics Designer to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial part in visually communicating our clients' employment brands and attracting top-tier candidates.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphics Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital and social media design.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• A solid understanding of design principles, including typography, colour theory, and layout composition.
• Experience creating graphics specifically for various social media platforms and an understanding of their unique specifications.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interpret briefs and work effectively within a team.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively across multiple projects.

Nice To Haves

• A degree or relevant qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality, engaging visual content for social media platforms, including graphics for job advertisements, company branding campaigns, and outreach materials.
• Collaborate closely with our recruitment and marketing teams to conceptualise and execute design projects that align with campaign objectives and client brand guidelines.
• Develop a variety of digital assets, such as social media graphics, web banners, infographics, and email templates.
• Ensure all visual output is consistent with the brand identity of both Reqrouteinc and our clients, maintaining high standards of quality and creativity.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from initial concept through to final delivery, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Stay current with the latest design trends, social media best practices, and industry-specific technologies to keep our content fresh and effective.
