About The Position

NBCUniversal is seeking a Graphics Artist to assist in the design, creation, and editing of still and motion graphics for broadcast. The role involves delivering graphic elements and motion graphic packages, conceptualizing and executing original motion title designs, researching and requesting photos, creating photorealistic Photoshop composites, and performing VFX duties such as tracking, rotoscoping, and compositing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Art or related field
• At least two years professional (film, TV or advertising) experience working in motion graphics or adjacent field
• Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator
• Knowledge of various audio, video and image file formats and ability to convert or compress to various required specifications
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years or older

Nice To Haves

• Excellent communication skills
• Self-directed with excellent organizational abilities
• Proficiency in Cinema 4D
• Ability to work under intense deadlines and quickly edit or adjust “day of” segments for broadcast
• Familiarity with Slack and Dropbox

Responsibilities
