Responsibilities

  • Prepare product manuals daily as required for upcoming shipments
  • Coordinate internal correspondence by relaying information/requirements to the appropriate team member
  • Prepare product literature requests by following up with R&D for approval to release required documentation
  • Prepare annual marketing budget by working with industry publications to secure advertising space and cost
  • Follow up to ensure all open & pending marketing initiatives are on track to meet deadlines
  • Prepare and print business cards, certificates, name tags and other materials as required
  • General administrative duties such as printing, distribution of signage, ordering office supplies
  • Other duties as assigned
