About The Position

Chenega MIOS is seeking a Graphic Visual Software Illustrator to join their Multimedia Production Support Team supporting the DoD. This role involves providing comprehensive graphic design, product consultation, and production services for videos, graphics, and photographic production. The position is primarily on-site at the main customer site location in Ft. Meade, MD, with occasional travel to alternate or satellite sites. The role requires support during standard business hours and contractually mandated core hours, with occasional flexibility for support outside of these times or on weekends. Requirements

BA/BS degree and 5+ years OR High school diploma or GED and 12+ years of relevant work experience required.
Additional certifications in Graphics Design may be used instead of experience.
Must be a U.S. citizen.
TS/SCI clearance required.
Successfully pass background and drug screening.
Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud software: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Bridge, Lightroom, InCopy, and Acrobat Pro XI.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio, Publisher, and Outlook.
Proficient in the operation of graphic production equipment, including large format laminators, large format printers, computerized engraver, and computerized mat cutters.
Familiar with AR 25-1 and DoD Pam 25-91.
Must have the ability to communicate with others effectively both orally and in writing.
Must have the ability to attend all customer in-person meetings and conferences as requested.
Ability to multi-task in a high-stress, performance-based environment.
Ability to establish priorities and meet established deadlines.
Maintain a high level of integrity and accountability.
Possess strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS up to 10% as required.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive design, product consultation, and production services in support of all videos, graphics, and photographic production.
Provide on-site graphic support primarily at the main customer site location.
Provide occasional alternate or satellite site support and/or travel as needed.
Provide on-site support primarily during standard business hours and/or contractually mandated core hours.
Provide occasional support outside of core hours or on weekends as needed.
Respond to requests for graphic services production support.
Manage graphic data, including maintaining data and system integrity, cataloging image files, and sustaining network-stored digital production files for maintaining existing archives for retrieval.
Provide graphics service production administrative support, including monitoring the schedule and assigning, managing, and tracking the status of work order requests.
De-conflict and resolve scheduling issues, establishing archival hardcopy continuity books.
Provide extraordinary operations planning support, including participating in high visibility and Continuity of Operations (COOP) events requiring graphic support.
Attend planning meetings, training, and after-action reviews and provide detailed meeting minutes.
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly equipment and system troubleshooting, and operations checks and services.
Secure office and equipment as required.
Generate and comply with customer organization and contractual recurring daily, weekly, and monthly reporting requirements.
Generate and comply with non-recurring and special reports.
Adhere to metrics capture process and procedures.
Adhere to quality control and assurance processes and procedures.
Perform other tasks as assigned and demonstrate proficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail in assigned duties.
Complete annual company and customer training requirements.
Record labor hours daily.
Travel 10% as required.
Perform other duties as assigned.
