About The Position

LDF Sales & Distributing is looking for a Graphic Production & Design Assistant to help create the signs, displays, and graphics that support some of the biggest beverage brands in the industry. This role is ideal for someone creative, detail-oriented, and looking for a career where no two days are the same, in a fun, fast-paced environment where creativity makes an impact.

Requirements

Experience with large-format printing and graphic production.
Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office.
Understanding of graphic file formats and print production workflows.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools, including ChatGPT and other generative AI platforms, to improve workflow, generate creative concepts, and increase production efficiency.
Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs

Nice To Haves

Experience with FlexiPRINT or other RIP/plotter software is a plus.

Responsibilities

Design and produce large-format signs, banners, POS materials, and promotional graphics.
Operate large-format printers, plotters, and finishing equipment.
Create, cut, weed, mask, apply, and occasionally install vinyl graphics.
Prepare files for print while maintaining quality and accuracy.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet daily deadlines.
Proofread artwork and ensure all projects meet brand standards.
Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory of graphic materials.
