About The Position
IDS is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer – Journeyman, for ADG Creative, an IDS subsidiary, to support creative design initiatives across print, digital, branding, and multimedia platforms. This role involves producing high-quality visual content, collaborating with creative teams, and contributing to the development of engaging design solutions aligned with client and brand objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR Associate’s degree or High School Diploma with 7 years of experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience (aligned to the education substitution structure above)
- Portfolio required
- Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly required
Responsibilities
- Designs and iterates strategic creative solutions across print, branding, UX/UI, social media, video, and digital campaigns
- Participates in brainstorming sessions and contributes to idea generation
- Assists with research, mood boarding, concept development, and execution of design work
- Produces creative deliverables aligned with strategic direction and user/client needs
- Communicates design decisions clearly with project teams
- Stays current with design trends, tools, and technologies
- Participates in customer discovery sessions and takes notes as needed
- Organizes and maintains design files with correct structure, naming conventions, and storage procedures
- Maintains accountability for timelines and deliverables
- Contributes to team culture and collaboration within ADG
- Performs other duties as assigned
