About The Position

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating high-quality visual design across ACQ Media and the broader Acquisition.com ecosystem. This role supports everything from premium media brands and YouTube content to internal initiatives, marketing campaigns, company presentations, websites, events, and new business ventures. You’ll work across multiple brands, departments, and formats, helping ensure every visual touchpoint reflects a consistent standard of excellence. You are not simply designing assets. You are helping define the visual language of one of the fastest-growing business media companies in the world. This role requires exceptional taste, versatility, and execution. You’ll move seamlessly between brand identity work, marketing design, content graphics, presentation design, and digital creative while maintaining an uncompromising standard of quality.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional graphic design experience in media, agency, or content production
  • Outstanding portfolio demonstrating strong branding, digital design, and marketing creative
  • Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
  • Experience designing for YouTube, social media, and digital marketing
  • Experience building scalable brand systems rather than isolated assets
  • Familiarity with AI creative tools such as Claude, Gemini, Firefly, Higgsfield, or equivalent
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining exceptional quality
  • Strong communication skills and comfort receiving direct creative feedback

Responsibilities

  • Designing brand identities and visual systems for shows, podcasts, business units, and company initiatives
  • Creating graphics for YouTube, social media, websites, presentations, and marketing campaigns
  • Supporting internal teams with creative assets that elevate communication and execution across the organization
  • Building scalable templates, design systems, and asset libraries that increase consistency and production speed
  • Leveraging AI to accelerate creative workflows without sacrificing quality
