About The Position

Neo Group is recruiting on behalf of one of its local partners as part of continued growth. The Graphic Designer (Promo) will join the Design Team and create promotional visuals and banners for marketing campaigns across different formats and platforms. The role involves adapting existing concepts, working with 3D renders, stock assets, and graphic elements, and using Adobe Photoshop to produce polished creative assets. The designer will collaborate with other designers and stakeholders to deliver engaging promotional materials while maintaining a consistent visual style across campaigns.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Visual Designer, or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, including hands-on experience with retouching, compositing, and color correction.
• Confident use of AI-assisted tools for visual content creation and production.
• Ability to create clean, polished, and engaging promotional visuals based on briefs and references.
• Experience adapting and resizing visuals for different formats, platforms, and campaign requirements.
• Ability to work within established brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual style across creatives.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience working in a marketing, advertising, or creative agency.
• Experience in the gambling, betting, gaming, or a similar fast-paced digital industry.

Responsibilities

• Create promotional visuals and banners for marketing campaigns across different formats and platforms.
• Adapt and resize existing visual concepts while maintaining their original style and quality.
• Perform retouching, compositing, and color correction in Adobe Photoshop.
• Combine 3D renders, stock assets, and graphic elements into cohesive promotional designs.
• Maintain a consistent visual style and high-quality execution across promotional materials.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, graphic designers, and motion designers on daily creative tasks and projects.
