About The Position

INNOMARK is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Temporary Displays team. This position combines creative design, production artwork, print production, photography, digital content creation, and emerging AI technologies to support the development of retail displays for some of the nation's leading consumer brands. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable designing compelling graphics, preparing production-ready files, printing and finishing samples, creating realistic renderings, editing photography, and producing assembly instructions and videos. This role offers the opportunity to work on projects from concept through final production while collaborating with structural designers, project managers, and production teams. The position also involves utilizing AI-powered design tools to accelerate concept development, generate presentation-quality renderings, enhance photography, and assist in developing standardized AI workflows to improve department efficiency. Staying current with emerging creative technologies and recommending new tools and processes is also part of the role.

Requirements

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field preferred.
2–5 years of professional graphic design or production artwork experience.
Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat.
Experience with photo editing, retouching, and color correction.
Experience producing print-ready artwork and understanding production workflows.
Experience creating realistic renderings and presentation graphics.
Basic video editing skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
A strong creative eye paired with exceptional production discipline.

Working knowledge of large-format printing and print production is a plus.
Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Google Gemini, or similar platforms is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Create production-ready artwork for temporary retail displays, POP signage, packaging, and visual merchandising programs.
Develop graphic layouts that adhere to customer brand standards and production specifications.
Print, trim, mount, and finish graphic samples and prototypes for client presentations and internal reviews.
Prepare accurate print-ready files for large-format digital, lithographic, and other production printing methods.
Create high-quality 3D renderings and visual presentations of retail displays.
Edit and retouch product photography and prototype images for presentations, marketing materials, and customer approvals.
Photograph completed prototypes and finished displays for documentation and portfolio use.
Design clear assembly instruction sheets using graphics, illustrations, and step-by-step layouts.
Produce and edit assembly, training, and product demonstration videos to support manufacturing, fulfillment, and retail installation.
Collaborate with Structural Designers to apply artwork to dielines and ensure graphics align correctly with structural components.
Review artwork for quality, color accuracy, print readiness, and production feasibility.
Maintain organized digital assets, project files, and artwork archives.
Support production by making artwork revisions and responding quickly to project changes and tight deadlines.
Assist with special creative projects, sales presentations, and customer-facing materials as needed.
Utilize AI-powered design tools to accelerate concept development and creative exploration.
Generate presentation-quality renderings and mockups using AI-assisted workflows.
Enhance photography and graphics using AI-based image editing and upscaling tools.
Assist in developing standardized AI workflows that improve department efficiency.
Stay current with emerging creative technologies and recommend new tools and processes that benefit the team.
