About The Position

Process all art associated with orders. Manage the design requests and complete in a timely manner. Design per customer request conceptual headwear for overseas or domestic production.

Requirements

• Must have knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and/or Adobe Photoshop or have the desire to learn
• Possess artistic ability as well as a basic fundamental understanding of design and color theory.
• Must have the ability to work closely with other people.
• Must be punctual and have a positive work attitude.
• Ability to answer a high volume of calls and/or emails daily
• Attentiveness and patience
• Time-management skills
• Detail oriented

Responsibilities

• Communicating with fellow staff members to ensure customer’s needs are met.
• Confer with clients to discuss and determine layout design.
• Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts, based on knowledge of layout principles and esthetic design concepts.
• Develop graphics and layouts for product illustrations and company logos.
• Use computer software to generated designs.
• Responding to all inquiries from customers to understand clearly what type of direction is needed.
• Perform other duties as requested.
