Graphic Designer
About The Position
Graphic Designers are responsible for creating engaging and innovative print and digital media for our customers and Dillanos Coffee Roasters. They seek to help customers achieve business growth goals through forward-thinking designs and strategies. The Graphic Designer will primarily work directly with the Sales Team and Business Development Representatives to fulfill the design requests of their customers. To be successful, one must be adept at visual strategy, layout development, typography, branding, and photography. Designers will work in a fast-paced environment and must be highly organized to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements
- Proficient in Adobe Suite and eagerness to learn new software.
- Works collaboratively with a team.
- Communicates clearly and effectively.
- Meets deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative, strong visual sense.
- Keeps up with design trends and expanding skill set.
- Knowledgeable in print production process.
- Skilled photographer and keen eye for digital marketing materials.
Responsibilities
- Fulfills design requests for various Customer and Internal print and digital collateral.
- Ensures projects are completed on schedule.
- Concurrently manages multiple projects while maintaining customer design portfolios through a cloud-based platform.
- Communicates clearly and effectively with colleagues, customers, and external vendors.
