Requirements
- Post-secondary education in Graphic Design or equivalent
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a graphic design position
- Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud (CC) such as, In-Design, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
Nice To Haves
- Experience working on contracts, proposals and/or presentations is an asset
Responsibilities
- Obtain deliverables from departments and team members to design, build, print and deliver compelling and dynamic Proposal Books and Presentations.
- Assist in the development of supporting materials for proposals and presentations, e.g., product feature sheets, standard drawings, etc.
- Lead design production of periodic sales newsletter.
- Assist in the development of general materials, e.g., training documents, materials for sales events, etc.
- Ownership and ongoing continuous improvement of contract, proposal, and presentation templates.
- Ensure all proposals are consistent and follow brand identity standards.
- Photo editing and manipulation as required.
