About The Position
A growing, design-focused company is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Graphic Designer to join its in-house marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a designer who enjoys bringing brands to life through high-quality visual content across print, digital, social media, packaging, and 3D renderings. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, experience creating marketing assets across multiple channels, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva, and related design software
- Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro or similar video editing software
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Illustrator
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and layout
- Experience using AI-powered creative tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway ML, Claude, Gemini, or similar
- Proficiency with SketchUp and V-Ray for 3D modeling and photorealistic renderings
- Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and LinkedIn
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interior Design, Architecture, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- Portfolio demonstrating graphic design work, branding, and photorealistic 3D renderings
Nice To Haves
- Interior Design, Architecture, Furniture Design, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience working with cabinetry, furniture, building products, or interior finishes is a plus
- Familiarity with floor plans, renderings, material finishes, and spatial design
Responsibilities
- Design marketing materials that support brand awareness and sales initiatives
- Create digital assets for websites, email campaigns, social media, and online advertising
- Develop layouts for trade shows, signage, banners, promotional materials, and printed collateral
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute creative concepts from idea through production
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual communications
- Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with printers and vendors to ensure production quality
- Update product literature, catalogs, and packaging as new products are introduced
- Create and edit visual content for social media platforms
- Produce high-quality 3D renderings and visual presentations
- Stay current on design trends, AI creative tools, and emerging marketing technologies
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
