Requirements

Develop visually engaging designs that align with Aflac’s brand standards and strategic goals.
Collaborate with marketing, communications, and product teams to create impactful creative assets.
Ensure consistency and quality across all graphic materials to enhance brand recognition and customer engagement.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
3+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within corporate or agency environments.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative work and design styles.
Excellent attention to detail, with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
Ability to take constructive feedback and adapt designs accordingly.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.

Responsibilities

Create and execute design concepts for a variety of channels, including digital ads, social media, email campaigns, brochures, presentations, and internal communications.
Translate marketing and business objectives into compelling visual solutions that resonate with target audiences.
Maintain and update brand guidelines to ensure cohesive visual storytelling across all platforms.
Work closely with copywriters, photographers, and other creative professionals to produce polished final products.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously elevate creative output.
